A few items that I forgot to mention and/or need to reemphasize:

• Please familiarize yourself with the Swimtopia website and download the app.  QR codes are posted at practice.  You only need the free version.  You can RSVP for meets, sign up to volunteer and/or donate items for our concession stand on either the app or website.  Take some time to commit to meets and volunteer/donate items early if possible.
• Communication about changes to practices/meets due to weather will be sent via the Alert function on the Swimtopia app.  We will also post this in the "News" section of the website.  Typically this is a rain or shine sport.  Thunder and lightning require a 30 minute delay that could lead to cancellation.
