Get ready for a fun & exciting practice TOMORROW, July 9th at our Annual Swim-A-Thon & Gear Swap!  Music, treats, and friendly competition for prizes (to be distributed at the End of Season Picnic on 7/19)!

Bring your outgrown LSST tees, sweatshirts, or gear for a swap amongst our team.  If you've already secured one-time donations, those can be brought to practice.  For anyone waiting to collect per-lap donations, please turn those in by next Thursday, July 16th.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled swim time for a warmup.  We also are still short 9 lap counters, so stick around and help us out!  Prizes are on the line and swimmers need to have accurate laps recorded.  Job signup is on Swimtopia as always.

• 7:45 am – Pool will be open (arrive 15 minutes before swim time for warmup)
• 8:00-8:45 am – Opens and 13/14 swim as many laps as they can
• 9:00-9:45 am – 9/10 & 11/12 swim
• 10:00-10:30 am – 8 and under swim
• 10:30-11:00 am - Fun relays & water polo
