Hello Lititz Springs Families,

We are coming up on the last meet of the season! We are still looking for some volunteers to help us out Friday night and Saturday. 

Tent Transporters: We will need a family to bring the team tents to New Holland on Friday night. If you swimmer is in a relay and will be at practice tomorrow or Friday, we would greatly appreciate the help! We will leave the tents at the pool overnight. If your swimmer is in breaststroke or butterfly on Saturday afternoon, please consider bringing a tent back from the meet on Saturday.

Timers: We are still in need of timers for Friday night and Saturday. If you sign up by tomorrow, you will get free admission to the meet, plus the added perk of the best view of the meet!

Staging: We will need to have a parent at the staging area for the duration of the meet. This helps us make sure that all our swimmers get into their lanes, and gives the New Holland volunteers a point of contact in case we are missing a swimmer.

Warmups:

Friday night: Please arrive by 5:15pm for a 5:40pm warmup. I know this is not a convenient time for all families, so if you will be arriving later please let me know by tomorrow.

Saturday morning: Please arrive by 7:45am for an 8:15am warmup. 

Parking:

Swimmers and families will not be allowed to park or drop off swimmers in the main pool parking lot. New Holland has asked that all swimmers and families park at Grace Church, 415 Kinzer Ave, New Holland PA 17557. There will be parking available in the church parking lot, as well as in the grass field between the church and the pool.
