...And just like that, 8 weeks of summer swim have come and gone!  It's been a blast watching all of our swimmers grow throughout the season.  I cannot thank our coaching staff and families enough for coming together to do all the things necessary to make the season happen.  I just have a few wrap-up items:

NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD & COMMITTEES:  I plan to send these out to people who have been nominated later today, so if you'd like to get in on these opportunities, please let me know.

EASY $$ FOR OUR TEAM:  I was told that there are still some volunteer slots left for the Lititz Craft Beer Fest on Sept. 26th.  Shifts are from 4:30/5:30-7:30 pm (you may work any or all of this shift).  Our team is paid directly for hours spent volunteering.  Reach out to [email protected] if you'd be willing to help.

Swim Options - Fall/Winter

MARK YOUR CALENDARS:  Below are some important dates to put in your calendars.

• Monday, August 17th - Board Meeting at the Warwick Township Building at 7:00 pm
  (Everyone is invited, including exiting board members, new recruits, and anyone interested in contributing or learning about how our team operates.  We typically meet on Monday evenings.)
• Last Week in October (date TBD) - Last year we entered the Lititz Halloween Parade and took home 1st place in the float division!  Stay tuned for plans for 2026.
• December (date TBD) - Reunite with your Waverunner teammates and attend a Warwick High School swim meet together.  These tend to run much faster than our dual meets.  Bring your energy to cheer on our high school swimmers!
