Isa Velez
Head Coach
Isa is returning to Lititz Springs as the head coach this summer. Isa is a former Lititz Springs Swim Team assistant coach and swimmer since the age of 8 and was taught by former Waverunners coach Kate Rohrbaugh. After previously trying dance classes and learning to play tennis and a young child, Isa declared that "she wanted to swim" and so a swim career was born! Isa also swam for Warwick High School. Isa is a rising junior at SUNY Oswego where she is majoring in Zoology and minoring in Anthropology. She is excited to be back as part of the coaching team!
Sarah Marston
Assistant Coach
Sarah Marston is a former swimmer for the Conestoga Valley Summer Swim Team and a rising junior at Elizabethtown College. She is majoring in pre-physical therapy. Her past swimming experiences include 10 years on the Conestoga Valley Summer Team, 4 years on the Ephrata Tidal Waves winter team, 4 years for Conestoga Valley High School, and 4 years with Lancaster Aquatic Club. She is currently a member of the Elizabethtown College swim team.
Sarah enjoys swimming freestyle and butterfly, but also competes in the individual medley. This past season, she was one of the top swimmers in the Landmark Conference, placing top three in all her individual events. She broke the 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 200 IM records at her college. Sarah has some experience in teaching swimming from volunteering as a junior coach on the CV summer team. She also helped at a swim clinic for middle school students hosted by Elizabethtown College this past winter. Overall, Sarah is very excited to join the Lititz Springs Wavemakers coaching staff.
