Our team is a summer swim team offering coaching and technique instruction for ages 5-18. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability. We aim to have fun, learn to swim and encourage every family to enjoy family time and summer swimming!

Registration for the 2024 summer season will begin on April 1, 2024. 

Qualifications

Beginning swimmers who are 10 and under must be able to swim the freestyle stroke unassisted for the length of the pool. Swimmers 11 and over must be able to swim two lengths with rhythmic breathing. 

Upcoming Events

May 6 | 7-8pm - Parent Information Meeting, Warwick Township Building

May 23 | 7-8pm - Meet The Coaches, Lititz REC Indoor Competition Pool. Swimmers should come dressed in their swimsuits and ready to get into the water. Coaches can evaluate stroke ability, endurance, and practice some kicking with the group. 

Practices

Team practices begin after school May 28th-June 6th. Below are the practice times by age. These are held outdoors at the Lititz Springs Pool. Beginning June 7th, practices shift to morning. No practices are held on Saturdays or Sundays.

After School May 28 - June 6 (subject to change):

age 13 - open: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

ages 11 - 12: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

ages 10 and under: 5:15pm - 6:00pm

Summer Hours June 7 - end of July (subject to change):

age 13 - open: 7:45am - 9:15am

ages 10 - 12 (and returning 9s): 9:00am - 10:15am

ages 8 and under (and new 9s): 10:00am - 11:00am
